Marketplace & Matching Data

SEEN uses profile and campaign data to power its intelligent matchmaking system. This may include creator niche and category, audience size, geographic region, budget range, campaign type, platform preferences, rate card information, and engagement-related metrics.

Submitting interest in campaigns or marketplace opportunities may share limited profile information with eligible brands or agencies. Certain personal information and contact details may remain restricted until collaboration requirements are met.

Payments & Financial Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. SEEN does not store complete payment card details on its own servers. Transaction-related information may be retained for accounting purposes, fraud prevention, escrow operations, and legal and regulatory compliance.

All transactions are settled in USD regardless of local display currency. Platform commissions and service fees are generally billed to and processed through the brand and/or agency managing the campaign, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

Escrow, Disputes & Complaint Handling

SEEN may collect and review information related to disputes, complaints, and campaign disagreements. This may include messages, uploaded files, campaign briefs, approval history, delivery timestamps, and platform activity logs.

Dispute and complaint workflows may be internally managed using operational systems including third-party tools such as Odoo. Information may be reviewed by authorized SEEN administrators and support teams solely for operational and compliance purposes.

Messaging & Communications

Certain subscription plans include access to in-platform messaging. Messages may be stored, reviewed, or monitored for fraud prevention, safety and moderation, policy enforcement, dispute resolution, and security monitoring.

Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information within chats. Some contact information may remain hidden during early collaboration stages, and certain details may only be accessible to authorized super administrators.

Ratings, Reviews & Moderation

After campaign completion, creators, brands, and agencies may leave ratings or reviews. SEEN may review submitted feedback, moderate public reviews, remove misleading or abusive content, and delay publication pending approval.
